Mosquitto (eclipse-mosquitto)

Start the MQTT broker and create the password for homeassistant

docker compose up -d mqtt
docker compose exec -it mqtt mosquitto_passwd -c /mosquitto/config/pwfile homeassistant

Zigbee2MQTT (koenkk/zigbee2mqtt)

Put the password in ./zigbee2mqtt/secret.yaml
